Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Mohammad Amaan for the use of Runsheet.
Effective 23 August 2026Last updated 23 August 2026
1.1 Who these terms are between
Runsheet is operated by Mohammad Amaan, an individual based at Indiranagar, Bengaluru, 560008, India ("Runsheet", "we", "us").
These terms apply to you when you create an account, accept an invitation to an event, or otherwise use the Runsheet website and application (together, the "Service"). By doing any of those things you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that business.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
1.2 What Runsheet is
Runsheet is a coordination tool for wedding vendors. It holds a shared run of show for an event, the list of vendors working that event, the documents attached to it, one message thread, and each vendor's own record of what they are owed.
Runsheet is not a party to any agreement between you and a couple, a venue, or another vendor. We do not book work, take a commission, hold anyone's money, sign contracts on your behalf, or guarantee that any event runs as scheduled. The timeline in Runsheet is a document that people agree to look at. It does not oblige anybody to do anything.
1.3 Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, or with a connected Google account. You are responsible for the security of that mailbox: anybody who can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us at support@runsheetforyou.com if you believe someone else has access to your account.
You may not share one account between people. Where a plan includes more than one seat, each person gets their own.
1.4 Invitations, guests and event access
A vendor who owns an event may invite other vendors to it by email. An invitation link opens that event read-only without an account, and creates an account only when the invited person takes an action that writes something.
Invitation links are credentials. Anybody holding one can view the event it belongs to, and — until it is claimed — can claim the seat it grants. Treat them the way you would treat a password: do not post them publicly. An event owner can revoke a link at any time, which ends access immediately.
Access levels are: viewer (read and comment), editor (also edit the timeline and upload documents) and owner (also invite, remove and delete). The owner of an event decides who has which, and can change or remove any of them.
A read-only link may also be shared with the couple. It shows only the items marked visible to everyone, and shows no vendor's contact details unless both the owner and that vendor have separately chosen to share them.
1.5 Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Runsheet — timelines, documents, messages, photographs, your business profile and your directory listing. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit and display that content only to the extent needed to run the Service for you and for the people you have shared it with, and to make backups. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies held in routine backups for the period described in the Privacy Policy.
Content you publish to the public directory — your business name, bio, photographs, service area and links — is published, and you are giving us permission to display it publicly and to allow search engines and other services to index it. You can switch your listing off at any time.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload a photograph you do not have permission to publish, and do not upload another vendor's contract or a couple's personal information without a reason to.
1.6 What you may not do
The Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use is part of these terms. In short: do not use Runsheet to break the law, to harass anybody, to send unsolicited marketing, to scrape or resell the directory, to probe or interfere with the Service's security, or to upload malicious files.
We may suspend or remove access for a serious or repeated breach. Where it is reasonable to do so first, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it.
1.7 Plans, prices and how payment works
Runsheet is free to use as a Guest — that is, on events you have been invited to. Creating your own events requires a paid plan.
There is one paid plan, Pro, and it is billed annually. There is no monthly option. The current price is at /pricing, is stated in US dollars, and is exclusive of any sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated and added at checkout according to where you are. The first 100 vendors pay a founding-member rate which is held for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. That means Dodo Payments — not Runsheet — is the seller of record on your transaction: it takes the payment, issues the receipt, is responsible for calculating and remitting any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, and is the name that appears on your card or bank statement. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Dodo Payments' own terms, which you accept at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds for what happens when you do.
We may change prices. If we change the price of a plan you are already on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the change applies from your next billing period. If you were given a founding-member rate, that rate is held for as long as your subscription stays continuously active — that is the point of it.
We do not store your card details. We never see them.
1.8 Free trials
A free trial, where offered, gives you the features of a paid plan for a stated period. One trial per business. We may end or change trials for future customers at any time; that does not affect a trial already running.
1.9 What happens when a subscription ends
When a paid plan lapses or is cancelled, your account reverts to Guest.
Nothing is deleted, and you do not lose access to events you were invited to. You keep reading, commenting on and being contactable on every event somebody else has put you on, and you keep your directory listing. What you lose is the ability to create new events of your own, and access to the paid-tier features listed on the pricing page. Your existing events remain in your account, readable, and become editable again the moment you resubscribe.
This is deliberate. Other vendors on a wedding need to be able to reach you whether or not you are paying us.
1.10 The public directory
Every vendor with an account may appear in the public directory for free. Which pages exist, and who appears where, is our decision and depends on whether there is enough real information behind a page to be worth publishing.
Enquiries sent to you through the directory are yours. Whether the enquiry's full detail is shown to you depends on your plan; the pricing page says which.
We do not sell placement. We do not accept payment to rank a vendor higher for reasons unrelated to the plan tiers described on the pricing page.
Venue entries are compiled from venues' own public information and are labelled as unverified where nobody has checked them. If an entry about your business or venue is wrong, write to support@runsheetforyou.com and we will correct or remove it.
1.11 Third-party services
Runsheet depends on other companies to run — hosting, database, email delivery, error reporting, analytics and payments. They are listed at /sub-processors. We choose them carefully and we are responsible to you for the Service, but we cannot control their availability.
The Service may also contain links to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for those.
1.12 Availability
We aim to keep Runsheet available and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We will take the Service down for maintenance when we need to, and will try to do so outside US weekend hours, because that is when weddings happen.
Runsheet is not a substitute for knowing your own schedule. Take a printed or exported copy of a timeline you depend on. The Service includes a PDF export and an offline day-of view for exactly this reason.
1.13 Our intellectual property
The Runsheet name, the software, the design and everything on the site that is not your content belongs to us. These terms give you a licence to use the Service. They do not give you a licence to copy it, resell it, or build a competing service from it.
You may not use our name or branding without permission, except to say truthfully that you use Runsheet.
1.14 Ending the agreement
You may stop using Runsheet at any time. You can delete your account from your settings, which removes or anonymises your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data, and we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
1.15 Disclaimers and limits on what we owe you
To the fullest extent the law allows:
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that it will meet your requirements, or that any timeline, sunset time, export or notification will be accurate. Check anything you are relying on.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business, lost bookings or lost data, however caused.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
1.16 Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims brought by a third party that arise from content you put into Runsheet or from your breach of these terms — for example, a claim that a photograph you published in your directory listing infringes somebody's copyright.
1.17 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Before either of us goes near a court, we will talk. If you have a complaint, write to support@runsheetforyou.com and we will work in good faith to settle it by email. In practice, for a subscription at this price, we would rather refund you than argue with you — so if a dispute is about money you have paid us, ask for it back and you will get it. Nothing in this section takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in, which apply whatever this agreement says.
1.18 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. The date at the top is always the effective date of the current version.
1.19 Everything else
If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor if the business is sold, on notice to you.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
