Acceptable Use Policy
The short list of things that will get an account closed.
Effective 23 August 2026Last updated 23 August 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Using Runsheet, you agree not to:
Break the law. Anything illegal where you are or where we are.
Harm other people. Harass, threaten, defame or impersonate anybody. Upload content that is hateful, or sexual content involving anybody who is not a consenting adult.
Misuse other vendors' information. The vendor list on an event exists so that the people working a wedding can reach each other on that wedding. Do not export it, sell it, add it to a mailing list, or use it to pitch anybody who did not ask. Sending unsolicited marketing to an address you got from Runsheet will close your account on the first offence.
Misuse the directory. Do not scrape it, republish it, or create listings for businesses you do not operate. Do not post a review you were paid for or that you did not write.
Upload dangerous or infringing files. No malware. No files you do not have the right to share.
Interfere with the Service. Do not probe or test its security without asking, circumvent access controls or rate limits, run automated traffic against it beyond normal use, or attempt to access an event you were not invited to.
Resell it. Do not resell, sublicense or white-label Runsheet, or use it to build a competing product.
Misrepresent yourself. Do not claim to be a vendor category you do not work in, or a business you do not run.
If you see something. Tell us at support@runsheetforyou.com.
What we do about it. Depending on the seriousness we may ask you to stop, remove content, suspend the account, or close it. Where it is reasonable, we ask first. Where somebody is being harmed or the law requires it, we act immediately. Closing an account for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
