Data Processing Agreement

Effective 23 August 2026Last updated 23 August 2026

Where you use Runsheet to process personal data about other people — a couple, a guest count, another vendor's contact details — you are the controller of that data and we are your processor.

Section 2.10 of the Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we do that, and those terms apply automatically to every account. They cover: processing only on your instructions, confidentiality, the security measures at /security, the sub-processors at /sub-processors, assistance with requests from data subjects and with breach notification, and deletion or return of data when you leave.

If your business requires a signed data processing agreement, or your own paper, write to privacy@runsheetforyou.com with what you need. We will sign a reasonable DPA at no charge.

Ask for a signed agreement

The terms above apply to every account automatically, so most businesses need nothing further. If yours requires a signed agreement, or has its own paper for us to review, tell us what you need and we will sign a reasonable DPA at no charge.
