Response times. We answer within 2 business days, usually much sooner. Runsheet is operated from India, which is UTC+5:30 — so a message sent during a US working day is normally answered by the following morning your time.
Billing questions. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, which is the name that appears on your statement. Write to us first; we can see your subscription and will sort it out.
